About Our Facility
-
What are the differences between hotels, traditional inns, and whole-house rentals?
-
Our facility operates as a whole-house rental.
In whole-house rentals, they are often equipped with a kitchen, catering to the purpose of extended stays.
Please be aware that our facility, being a whole-house rental, does not provide full services commonly found in hotels or traditional inns (such as daily cleaning, towel and bed cover replacement, room service for meals). Your understanding is appreciated, and we thank you for your reservation.
For any concerns during your stay, our staff is available to assist you through various apps and email.
-
While YANAKA is described as a quiet residential area, are there restaurants and supermarkets available?
-
Within a 5-10 minute walk, you'll find a variety of options ranging from traditional Japanese cuisine, various restaurants, and bars to affordable izakayas popular among foreigners.
Just in front of our facility, you'll find a traditional Japanese teishoku restaurant long beloved by the locals.
For supermarkets, there is a Seven-Eleven located in front of Nippori Station. Utilizing it before check-in or upon returning from sightseeing will enhance your comfort during your stay with us.
-
If it seems that the check-in will go beyond midnight, what should I do?
-
In case your check-in is expected to exceed midnight due to flight delays or other reasons, please notify our staff via message either before your departure or upon your arrival at the Japanese airport.
In accordance with Japanese law, the recording and retention of a guest register are mandatory. Please be sure to complete the "Guest Register" at check-in. Accommodation is not possible unless registration is completed for all guests.
About Terrace
-
Is there a designated time for terrace usage?
-
Usage of the terrace by multiple people is prohibited between 11 PM and 6 AM. If using the terrace late at night, please do so quietly. Smoking on the terrace during these hours is permitted, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a quiet atmosphere.
Japan has a culture that is sensitive to noise. Excessive noise may result in reports to the police from neighboring residents. In the worst case scenario, following police instructions, there could be a non-refundable eviction.
We appreciate your consideration and cooperation.
-
Is it possible to have a barbecue on the terrace?
-
The use of open flame for barbecue is prohibited. There may be liability for compensation due to smoke or odors affecting the neighboring area.
In the event of barbecue usage being discovered, it may result in non-refundable eviction.
While normal dining is allowed, please refrain from hosting parties involving loud music or high-volume video viewing.
